Loukoumades (pronounced Loo-koo-MAH-des) were originally known as honey tokens and awarded to the victors of the ancient Olympic games. They were fried dough balls covered in Greek honey.
Not much has changed. Ballissimo continues to serve the traditional "Greek Donut" in a non-traditional way. With many toppings to choose from, you won't be disappointed.
